Ken and Samantha Burton Ken and Samantha Burton are the owners and founders of Burton Hunting Service Inc. which was established in 1989. Ken is very passionate about his bussiness, and you will look hard to find and more competitive guide as Ken Burton. Ken was born and raised in Texas, and started hunting at the young age of six years old. Ken has been hunting ever since. Ken has a wealth of knowledge in the hunting industry, both personal and as a professional guide. |
Mark Parrish Mark joined Burton Hunting Service in 2007 as a Mule Deer guide. He began hunting Desert Mule Deer in 2000 on various leases in the West Texas area. After taking several good deer he decided to hang up the gun for a while and help Ken do some guiding. Mark has helped Ken with guiding since 1990 from Whitetail hunts in the Texas Hill Country to Elk hunts in Colorado. Mark is employed by a large Ready Mix Concrete company in the Austin Tx area as a concrete sales representative. Mark continues to live in the small town of Florence Tx just North West of Austin where he grew up. This is where he and Ken attended high school together and began their friendship. |
My name is Tim Bienski known as Big Buck Bienski to my hunting friends. I have had the privilege to guide for Burton Hunting Service for many years. Great pride and time goes into each and every hunter I take out. My mission is to provide a courteous, challenging hunt, with emphasis on the details, such as: diet drinks, water, snacks and etc., while we take in the beautiful scenery. I have made numerous friends with clients and keep in touch year after year. I have been fortunate enough to have had built a specially designed hunting buggy made to accommodate clients on the West Texas terrain. As an avid hunter I have hunted since I was a little boy on a 40 acre farm in Brazos County to being old enough to have a lease in South Texas to now guiding clients on well over 300,000-acre ranches. Some of my lifelong hunting goals have been accomplished such as killing the Texas Slam and a 200 class white tail and mule deer. |
I grew up on a ranch where my father and grandfather took me with them hunting and taught me alot of my hunting skills. I have hunted and assisted in guiding for over 20 years. I enjoy the outdoors and fellowship with other hunting enthusiast. I majored in Animal Science at Texas Tech University and took Range and Wildlife Management courses. My education and professional development in my current job with the Texas Animal Health Commission have let me expand my knowledge of deer and deer habitat. Now that I have a deer breeding facility of my own, I have been able to further my knowledge of deer behavior. By observing them daily, I am able to better understand how they respond to each other as well as people and what they perceive as other threats. As you can see, deer and hunting conservation are my passion. Look forward to hunting with you!!!
Howdy! My name is Lori Bienski. I am thankful to have the privilege to cook for Burton Hunting Service. Great detail and planning go into each meal I prepare from my famous Mexican casserole to steaks and fajitas cooked over an outdoor fire, fresh baked cakes, brownies and cookies served daily and all the hot coffee and cold tea you can drink. On a personal note I am an avid hunter and enjoy the camaraderie of the hunt! I am the proud mom to two grown children, Tiffany and DJ! My husband and best friend, Tim Bienski one of the guides for Burton Hunting Service, will more than likely be the one lighting the fire for the steaks after the evening hunt. My real job, if I must, is with Texas A&M University in College Station! Home of the Fighting Texas Aggies! Whoop! If you feel a little angel on your shoulder as you’re heading out into the morning air, it’s more than likely my silent prayer for your safety and for you to bring back a big one!
